Bizzy Blinds – Cancellation & Refund Policy (in line with Irish Consumer Law)
This policy applies to consumers only.

1.1
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you are entitled under Irish consumer law to cancel an order for non-customised products within the timeframe outlined in clause 1.3. If you change your mind about a standard product, you can notify us to cancel your order and request a refund.

1.2
Most of our products are Made to Measure, manufactured specifically to the measurements and specifications you provide. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products ordered incorrectly. This includes situations where incorrect sizes, fitting types, or product selections are provided by the customer.

While we offer 10 fabric options, each order is uniquely tailored using over 200 possible size and fitting code combinations. This makes the products unsuitable for resale. For that reason, it is essential that all window codes and measurements are double-checked before placing your order.

1.3
For standard (non-customised) products, your right to cancel begins on the date of our Dispatch Confirmation. If you have already received your items, you can cancel your order up to 14 calendar days from the day after delivery.

We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation notice for your own records.

If you cancel within the permitted period, you will receive a full refund of the product cost, including any applicable delivery charges. Refunds will be issued within 14 calendar days of receiving your cancellation request or the returned items.

If your product is faulty or not as described, we will issue a full refund, including delivery charges and any reasonable return costs. We may request photographic evidence to support your claim.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

If your order has already been delivered, it must be returned promptly and at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

1.10
You have a legal duty to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

This cancellation and refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. For more information, you may contact your local Citizens Information Centre or the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC).
