The Importance of Proper Codes for Roof Blinds or Window Measurements for Roller Blinds:
Our company prides itself on offering blinds that are tailored to meet your exact specifications. Therefore, we operate on a made-to-order system, in which each product is custom made based on a unique window code that you provide at the time of ordering.
This window code is critical as it provides us with the precise measurements needed to produce a perfect fit for your window. With over 10,000 code variations, this process allows us to cater to a wide array of window sizes and ensure that each blind we manufacture aligns perfectly with the window it’s intended for.
Owing to the extensive range of code variations, we do not keep pre-manufactured, off-the-shelf products in stock. Maintaining an inventory of this size would require a significantly large storage capacity, and it would also contradict our commitment to providing our customers with custom-made products.
Due to the unique nature of each order, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and the manufacturing process has started. As each blind is manufactured based on the window code you provide, it is effectively a unique item made specifically for you.
We understand the importance of getting the window code right, and to facilitate this, we have detailed the steps associated with identifying the correct window code on our website. We strongly recommend reviewing this information prior to placing an order to ensure a seamless process and a satisfactory product.

Accuracy of Sample Images:
COLOUR ACCURACY Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product’s colour when scanned to our website, actual colours may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in colour and surface texture may not be fully revealed.
Our products are made to order and therefore cannot be returned with the exception of some roof blinds that we may be able to re-stock. For items that are returned for a replacement there is an admin charge of €25.000 per blind plus carriage (€7.95) charge for collection. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual colour, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. If exact colour matches are required, please request a sample.
PLEASE NOTE: Slight variations might occur between the sample and the finished product. These run to run dye lot variations are common to the manufacturing process, and within industry tolerances. They are not defects. Due to these variations we recommend that when identical products and colours are to used for more than one opening, that they all be ordered at the same time. Bizzy Blinds cannot be responsible for dye lot variances.
Order Changes or Cancellations Order Changes Policy:
Changes may incur an additional fee determined by the degree of production already completed. If your product(s) have been completed they cannot be changed. When you ‘order on-line’ please review your “Order Confirmation Email immediately upon receipt to avoid any problems.
Return Policy: The products purchased through Bizzy Blinds that are made to order cannot be resold in the normal course of business and therefore cannot be returned for a full refund. For items that are returned there is an admin fee of €25 per blind plus carriage (€7.95) cost. Please contact Customer Service regarding returns for a return docket and return address.
Due to the custom nature of our products, your credit card will be charged for the total sales price and shipping, once the order has been placed. Please review the Order Confirmation that is emailed immediately after your order has been placed, and check it for any errors. It is your responsibility to verify allcodes or sizes, products and colours prior to production.
Discontinued or Out of Stock Items: Bizzy Blinds makes every effort to remove items from our site immediately upon notification that they have been discontinued, or to notify the customer of an out of stock item before ordering. However it’s not uncommon for us to be informed of these issues only when we forward customer orders to the manufacturer. Therefore, Bizzy Blinds disclaims any responsibility for any damages incurred by delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Options Due to the custom nature of our products we require full payment at the time of order placement. We accept Visa, MasterCard, with Stripe Payments oe Paypal through our website.
Delivery is approximately 3-10 working days excluding weekends and public holidays.
