C02 is an older single-letter VELUX size code. Many roof windows across Ireland still use these codes. Look for the code on the silver identification plate on the top edge of the sash.

Order using the model prefix and the C02 size code exactly as printed on the plate. There is no need to measure the window or the glass.

Do I need to measure my window to order a VELUX C02 blind?

No. C02 is the size code printed on the silver identification plate on the top edge of the sash. Open the window fully and order using the model prefix and the size code exactly as printed — we make the blind to fit them, so no measuring is needed.

Which fabrics are available for a VELUX C02?

For the C02 size we currently offer blackout, translucent (light-filtering), premium & wipe-clean, kids & patterned fabrics — 46 blinds in total.

Is a solar motorised blind available for the C02?

Yes — the solar motorised upgrade is available for the C02 size. It runs on a rechargeable battery charged by a small solar panel, so no wiring is needed. The remote control is a separate optional add-on — an optional remote-control add-on is available; confirm the current option and price in the configurator. Motorised blinds take longer to produce; the estimate is shown before checkout.
